Hello Reader,
Have you ever heard of cheese curds before?
If you haven't, they are a popular snack from the Midwest United States and Canada. Often served at fairs and festivals, they tend to be battered and fried.
This was a new concept for me. Until recently, cheese curds were an intermediary result of making soft and aged cheese from milk. I didn't realize they were a beloved food in their own right.
I was quickly corrected after laying down two plates of these delicious carnivore-friendly appetizers before a group of friends. Then, old-time stories began pouring out about childhood memories and cheese curds holding a special place in their hearts.
These cheese curds had already impressed me even before knowing about the important sentiments related to them.
They are super easy to prepare (done in 20 minutes) and only take four ingredients.
That sounds good, right?πClick the button and get the recipe!
